PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Billing College was seeking a new look for its site while maintaining and improving the existing online administration functionality. The owner was familiar with a particular database (Access) and wanted all programming to interact with this existing structure. Also, more eye-catching visuals were desired in the form of flash splashes.
